This presentation will speak to design flexibility and opportunities now available through tunnel form structures and the advantages and life safety considerations including water intrusion associated with concrete versus wood frame construction.

  • Presentation will show the design versatility now available with tunnel form/cast in place construction and the advantages of the building system over wood construction.
  • Educate attendees on how concrete structures offer durability and improved life cycle costs.
  • Inform participants of the structural integrity and sustainability benefits associated with concrete structures.
  • Apprise audience of quality of life for end users as a result of living in a more secure, safe and sound structure.
