Vendor Exhibit Tables

Vendor tables will be displayed on Friday, April 8 at the Aloft Hotel event room for the duration of the Trade Show ONLY. SOLD OUT!

Cost of one table $350

Floor plan coming soon.

• You will receive a 30" x 72" table. This does not include a table cover or skirt. 
• Set-up is Friday, April 8, beginning at 1 p.m. You will need to be fully set-up prior to the 6:00 p.m. trade show start time. There is no storage available at the hotel.
• Displays on table are not to exceed 4' tall.
• Displays on floor must be behind tables and are not to exceed 7' tall from the floor.
• There will be no chairs, standing behind tables, or displays placed in front of the table.
• If electricity is required, please bring your own extension cord(s). Outlets are available on all perimeter walls.

*Lightning Talks is an opportunity for you to briefly introduce yourself and your company / product to conference attendees. You can either present in person (maximum 2 minutes) during Lightning Talks on Friday, April 8, before the Tradeshow or provide a video (mp4) of maximum 2 minutes which we will show during the Lightning Talks.
